They prefer to concentrate on their own job

Life at work is inherently more meaningful and motivating when we are able to see how our efforts fit into a bigger picture. On the other hand it is a de-motivating experience to work in physical or mental isolation from the rest of the system. It’s great that they think so hard about their work, but it would be motivating to connect them with their customer.
