They would like more background information before starting certain tasks
If people feel their company has not provided the necessary information, they feel let down – rightly or wrongly. If this leaves them unable to do their job as well as they would otherwise, they may also resent having to under-perform because of something they don’t see as their fault. Something will need to change – the available information, the way it is stored and distributed, or the way the staff interact with that system.
