The team would like to feel better prepared for certain situations
If others seem better prepared it may be because there is a knowledge deficit, a general confidence issue or a failure to frame the job unambiguously. However, other people may not actually be better prepared – it may be only a matter of perception by the people involved, in which case they need to have their self-confidence raised. Self-confidence comes in large measure from knowing that you are capable, and that you are doing well in other people’s eyes, so this can be a circular problem.
