Physical activity and mental health

Not all of us enjoy the same things and therefore we won’t all find the same exercises mood lifting and relaxing. Some people may love an intense workout or sprinting whereas others will love to do gardening or yoga to get their bodies moving. Even just taking 30 minutes out of your day to exercise will help to clear your head and release stress hormones.
