They would like more time to achieve expected results

The team will temporarily work harder, faster and better in order to meet a deadline, if it meets their needs to do so. However, expecting them regularly to do things that they are not sure are possible will be demotivating for them. Also, if the work can only be achieved by cutting out the normal breaks that everyone needs in the day, accuracy will suffer as well as motivation and engagement.
