Coach managers to coach
As a manager, you should want your team to develop and grow as much as possible – whether this be within the team or coaching them to develop outwith the team. This Google article uses the “GROW” model to help guide you in coaching your employees. It includes tips on an essential part of management – but one which can easily be forgotten or skipped in many organisations due to other things taking priority – holding regular 1-1 meetings with your staff!
